Organic Farming Academy
We machined 6 Kon-Tiki kilns to precise specifications, with two located at each site in Rushinga, Mudzi, and Birchenough Bridge. These kilns operate using the flame curtain pyrolysis method. This method involves igniting a fire at the bottom of the kiln, forming embers. Biomass is added in thin layers, which quickly heats and starts outgassing. The rising pyrolysis gas reacts with combustion air, forming a flame curtain. As ash appears, new biomass is added, which pyrolyzes from the heat of the flames above and the hot layers below.
Tanzania
We supplied and commissioned a CIP plant in Tanzania, manufacturing all necessary mining equipment and provided transportation of goods. Our engineers were on-site to oversee and ensure the seamless installation and operation of the plant. A CIP plant is crucial for the gold extraction process, involving the leaching of gold from ore using a cyanide solution. The gold-cyanide complex is absorbed by activated carbon, from which the gold is subsequently stripped and recovered. Our comprehensive service guarantees efficient and reliable mining infrastructure.
